Message from the Headteacher
Dear parents as Essendine Primary School embarks on what we believe will be another fruitful, happy, fun, academic year here, we would like to welcome you back and say hello to parents who are new to the school.
As with most years although the school remains the same the faces often change. This year is no different, however we are all committed to delivering the same high standards of education your children deserve and a school we can all be proud of.
One of the main differences from Sept 2010 is that we will be running 3 Reception classes instead of 2.
This is due to the large number of applications for school places received by Westminster City Council for this academic year and so the school has been requested by the Borough to enrol an extra Reception class.
However this will not affect the learning environment because we as a school have the space and resources to accommodate this change without it affecting the high quality education that we deliver at present.
